OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns, southern style
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix together hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup melted butter. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine the remaining melted butter and crushed corn flakes and put over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves 8.
