6 med. potatoes, skinned and cubed
Boiling water
Olive oil
Rosemary

Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes and drain. Coat the base of a large casserole with olive oil. Place potatoes in casserole and sprinkle with additional olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake at 375 degrees until golden crisp.
