5 to 8 potatoes, cut with skins on
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
2 oz. bacon bits
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Place potatoes on cookie sheet; bake approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are almost done. Then cover with Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Bake until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
