CRISPY OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
3 c. cornflakes
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick), melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Process cornflakes, cheese and spices in blender. Dip potatoes in butter, then cornflake mixture. Place on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
