HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Mix flour, baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa in bowl. Stir in milk and cooking oil. Blend in chopped nuts, if desired. Spread in 9-inch square pan.

Mix 1 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa; sprinkle over pan. Pour hot water over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or so. Invert servings on serving plate. Spoon fudge sauce on top. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 9.
