NEW ORLEAN'S SHRIMP
PONTCHARTRAIN
 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled
Paprika
1/3 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Fresh parsley

Split shrimp down the back and place on baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8 minutes at 425 degrees. Place under broiler 5 minutes. Combine lemon juice, parsley and butter and serve with shrimp. Serves 4-6.
