"YEAST MUFFINS" 
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 pkg. yeast in 2 c. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased muffin tins. Batter keeps well in refrigerator. Muffins also freeze well.
