2 tsp. dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups (375 ml.) warm water (at 90°F)

Put all ingredients into bread machine following user's manual.
