POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (do not thaw, but break up)
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 tsp. salt

Topping:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix ingredients and put in a casserole dish.

Combine the crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake in oven at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.

If making half recipe, suggest using whole can of soup.
