HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper

Spread potatoes in bottom of a 9"x12"x2" pan. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over potatoes. Top with buttered bread crumbs, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
