HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Sprinkle with parsley

Mix well. Pour in large casserole dish. Top with 1 cup of bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
