SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts or parts
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. can tomatoes
1/4 c. dry white wine

Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat oil and brown chicken. Put chicken in cooker and pour off oil from skillet. Combine remaining ingredients in the skillet. Cook and stir until hot. Pour over chicken. Cook low 5 to 6 hours. Serve over spaghetti or rice. 4 to 6 servings.
