SUMMERTIME PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked twist macaroni, chilled
2 c. julienne ham
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 med. red bell pepper, cut into strips

Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in jar, cover and shake well. Combine macaroni and ham and next 3 ingredients. Add dressing and mix well. Cover and chill to blend.
