MARINATED PASTA & VEGETABLE
SALAD
 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. or 2 c. uncooked macaroni (twists, curls), cooked as pkg. directs, rinsed & drained
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix oil, lemon juice, water and salad dressing. Shake well. In large bowl combine all ingredients; toss with dressing. Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
