2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fine chopped bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper if wanted
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Mix all ingredients in order given and place in a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

TOP OFF GRAVY:

1 pkg. brown gravy mix
1/2 c. sour cream
Water

Use package directions. Put over meat loaf and enjoy.
