2 lb. good hamburger
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt or clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. tomato soup, undiluted
1/4 c. mayonnaise

1. Mix together all ingredients well.

2. Pat in a loaf pan.

3. Pour over meat 2 strips of catsup.

4. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
