PEA SALAD 
8 oz. shrimp
20-24 oz. peas, thawed
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. curry
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cashew pieces
5 1/2 oz. chow mein noodles

Mix seasonings and mayonnaise. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Add celery, peas and shrimp. Toss with cashews and chow mein noodles just before serving.
