CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
1 chicken, boiled, deboned (save broth)
3 med. carrots, sliced
1 med. pkg. egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms

Cook sliced carrots and noodles in broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked chicken, soup and mushrooms. Add milk if desired.
