CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP | |
1 chicken (cooked and boned) 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped carrots 1 pkg. Nestles cup of soup (cream of chicken) 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 lb. small egg noodles Salt and pepper to taste Cook and bone chicken. Cut into small pieces. Cook celery, onions and carrots in chicken broth. Add noodles; just before the noodles are done, add the cup of soup, chicken pieces and parsley flakes; simmer a little longer. |
