CHICKEN WILD RICE DISH 
1 1/2 c. wild rice, well washed
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream celery soup
1 c. milk
12 pieces of chicken - breasts, thighs and legs boned
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Using a 9 x 11 baking dish, sprinkle wild rice over bottom of well-butter dish. Add celery and mushrooms evenly over rice. Lay chicken pieces on top. Mix together the mushroom soup and celery soup with the milk and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over all. Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 hours in 350 degree oven.
