1 lb. ground beef
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 eggs

Cook and drain ground beef. Spoon beef into 8 inch baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine Bisquick mix and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
