MOCK ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1 qt. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bunch green onions or 1/2 c. dry, chopped fine
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salad herbs (dry)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix thoroughly and let stand a few hours. Refrigerate.
