BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats. Add oil, eggs, bananas and blueberries. Stirring just until mixed. Pour into two oiled 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on racks. Wrap and refrigerate several hours before slicing. 1 serving exchange 1 1/2 bread and 1 fat.
