MEXICALI PIE 
1 can refried beans
1 c. cooked shredded chicken or turkey
1 sm. container sour cream
2 avocados, mashed
1 med. tomato (finely chopped)
3 green onions (finely chopped)
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 olives sliced (optional)
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)

Spread refried beans in bottom of large pie plate. Place shredded poultry on top. Cover with mashed avocado. Cover with sour cream.
