MEXICALI MIX 
1 1/2 c. salted, roasted Spanish peanuts
1 1/2 c. toasted corn
1 c. salted sunflower seed kernels
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all in large cast iron skillet. Cook over low flame 5 to 6 minutes or until hot, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool in pan. Makes a great gift!
