BEETS ZHIVAGO 
1 lb. jar pickled beets, drained
1 tbsp. drained horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill
1 c. sour cream

Cut beets into strips. Add sour cream, horseradish and salt. Mix with the beets. Cover tightly and chill before serving. Sprinkle with dill before serving.
