"CAN'T BE BEET" DIP 
This dish is a fairly new "discovery". What a lively addition to the table. The color and taste are unique, too! Great dip for vegetables. Wait till you try this one!

1 lb. jar "Greenwood" sliced pickled beets
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. drained horseradish
3 drops hot pepper sauce

In a blender or processor, combine the beets with its liquid, cream cheese, horseradish and pepper sauce until blended well and is smooth. Chill for an hour before serving.
