CHICKEN LASAGNA 
1 beaten egg
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. fresh or frozen cut broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 whole chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. milk
9 lasagna noodles

Combine egg and cottage cheese in small mixing bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, combine broccoli, soup, milk and pepper. In a skillet, cook chicken and add soup mix.

Place 3 uncooked noodles in 6x10x2 inch baking dish, breaking to fit. Layer with half of cottage cheese mixture and half soup mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Slowly pour boiling water around edges of dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Serves 4-6.
