2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. softened butter
1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt OR 1 c. sour cream
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes (use any flavor yogurt but especially good with blueberry).
