2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. honey
2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. diced dates
1/2 c. unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/4 c. dry milk powder
1/4 c. wheat germ

Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into an oiled and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
