EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices day old bread, cubed
1 c. cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage

Mix all together; put in a buttered casserole dish and refrigerate overnight. Take out in the morning and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Done when knife inserted comes out clean.
