GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped (sm.)
1 c. English peas
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Cheese, your choice, grated
Potatoes, diced (about 3 or 4)

Brown ground beef in skillet with small onion. Drain off grease and place in a casserole dish. Drain juice off English peas and put over the ground beef. Put the can of mushroom soup over the English peas, then place layer of cheese over the mushroom soup.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Take diced potatoes and boil until tender and drain. Serve the casserole dish over the potatoes.
