CHOCOLATE LIME SWIRL PIE 
25-30 chocolate cookies
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tall can Carnation milk
4 drops green food color
1/2 c. boiling water

Chill milk to ice crystal state; whip to a froth.

Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press into 9-inch pie pan; bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add to Carnation mixture; add lemon juice and green food color and pour into pie shell. Chill at least 4 hours. Can be made day before.

TIP: Chill mixer bowl and beaters.
