CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
18 1/2 oz. can cream of coconut

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pan (9 x 13 inch). Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1 can coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Combine softened cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk. Spread over cooled cake. Top with coconut.
