COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. cream of coconut

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream, and cream of coconut. Bake in greased and floured cake pan (9 x 13 inch) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can shredded coconut

Blend powdered sugar into softened cream cheese. Add milk and vanilla. Spread icing on cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut over iced cake.
