1 c. mustard (yellow cream)
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 c. Wesson oil

Blend mustard, vinegar and sugar first. Add garlic salt and white pepper. Mix well. Add oil last.

NOTE: Bleu cheese may be added. Amount to individual taste for variation.
