CAESAR SALAD 
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
3 anchovies, crushed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Few drops Tabasco
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 heads Romaine lettuce
Croutons

DRESSING: Mix together, garlic, salt, crushed anchovies, dry mustard, Tabasco, pepper, oil and vinegar. Blend 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese into dressing.

SALAD: Clean Romaine lettuce and chill, break into bite-size pieces in large bowl. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Add dressing with croutons. Serves 12.
