CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 clove mashed pressed garlic
3 tbsp. virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon
1/2 grey poupon white wine mustard
Anchovy paste/mashed anchovies to taste
Parmesan cheese
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes (optional)

DRESSING: Mix olive oil and mustard; whip for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, anchovy paste and garlic; whip.

SALAD: Wash Romaine and let drain and dry. Break and toss with dressing. Add Parmesan and toss again. If possible, use fresh ingredients. A favorite of all!
