WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. club soda
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Bake in well-greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 carton (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Spread on cooled cake.
