WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layers) white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Club soda
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding (instant)
1/4 c. coconut

Mix together and bake in a greased and floured 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. (After 30 minutes, keep checking.)

FROSTING:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together. After cake is cooled, frost and refrigerate.
