EASY PEACH COBBLER 
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 c. peaches (fresh or canned)

Melt butter and pour in dish. Mix sugar, milk and sift in flour. Mix by hand. Pour batter in dish with butter. Pour in peaches and do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Other fruits may be substituted for peaches.
