1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Grease (no flour) 9 x 13 inch pan. Pat the mixture below in the pan: cake mix, 1 stick butter and 1 egg. In a separate bowl mix, sugar, cream cheese, 1 stick butter and 2 eggs. Pour over first layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar on top.
