TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (16 oz.) can Ranch style beans, drained
1 head lettuce, shredded
2-3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. Fritos (slightly mashed)
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Catalina French dressing

Cook meat, chili powder and onions; drain grease. In large bowl stir in lettuce, tomatoes and beans. Just before serving, stir in other ingredients. (This doesn't taste good the 2nd day, if you don't need all of it, mix the last 3 ingredients only in what you plan to serve. The dressing makes the Fritos and lettuce very soggy.)
