DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 - 2 1/2 c. flour

Soften yeast in water. Combine cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, baking soda, egg and yeast. Add flour to make stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, about 1 hour. Stir dough down. Turn into well buttered 8" round casserole. Let rise in warm place until light, about 40 minutes.
