JELLO DESSERT 
1 3/4 c. crushed Oreo cookies, save 1/2 c. crumbs for topping
1 pkg. Jello, any flavor
1 c. hot water
1 c. cream or equivalent
3 egg whites, beaten stiff with 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Place crumbs in greased 9x9 inch pan. Dissolve Jello and chill until congealed. Whip until fluffy. Add cream, egg whites and mix carefully. Pour or spoon over Oreo crumbs. Cover with remaining crumbs and refrigerate. 9 servings.
