OVEN BARBECUED BRISKET (EASY) 
1 med. size trimmed brisket
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bottle barbecue sauce (18 oz. hickory smoked, Heinz)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Rub meat with Worcestershire sauce.

2. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper.

3. Marinade overnight.

4. Place brisket in roasting pan, fat side up.

5. Pour one bottle barbecue sauce over brisket.

6. Cover tightly with foil.

7. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

8. Slice brisket.

9. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
