GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
1/2 onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can water
12 corn tortillas, torn
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat slowly; drain and add seasonings. Add onion and cook until soft. Add chilies, soup and water. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Dip tortillas in hot grease until soft.

Alternate layers of tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in a casserole, beginning with tortillas and ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted through. Makes 5-6 servings.
