GREEN CHILI PIE 
1 lg. flour tortilla (12")
1/3 lb. grated jack cheese
1/3 lb. grated sharp cheddar
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Paprika & seasoning salt to taste

Oil both sides of tortillas and lay in bottom of 9 or 10 inch pie dish. Beat eggs with sour cream and stir in chopped green chilies. Place 1/2 grated cheese on tortilla then sprinkle with seasoned salt. Next layer with egg mixture, chopped onions and remaining cheese. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika. Bake for 20 minutes covered but check after 15 minutes.
