SQUASH BALLS 
1 egg
2 c. well drained cooked squash
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cook squash with 1 tablespoon minced onion and a very small amount of salt and pepper. When cool add eggs, flour, and baking powder. Make into ball, about the size of golf ball and roll in corn flake crumbs. Fry in deep fat. Drain on paper towel. Can be rolled in the corn flake crumbs and place on cookie sheet and frozen and bagged for freezer. Yields 30 balls.
