COLE SLAW 
1 lg. can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 carrot sliced or shredded
1 med. onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento

Toss sauerkraut and the sugar together. Add rest of ingredients, cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours; serve.
